OA Fit Camp is an opportunity to kick start or supplement your fitness goals and ambitions in a 5-day residential beach based fitness camp near Bude, Cornwall.
5 Days - Over 35 Activities to Choose From
Suitable for all fitness levels, each session concentrates on the different components of fitness. A mixture of up to four fitness sessions a day, to include - Beach Body Blast(HIIT), Power Hour, Waist Away, Coast Buster and Bootcamp
An opportunity to learn to surf or body board in the Atlantic ocean
Explore and see the coastline from a different perspective, swim through natural arches and into sea caves and jump from rocky ledges into the sea
Coastal Walks and Run Club
OA is situated on the South West Coast Path with access to a mix of strenuous and exhilarating walks.
Running for all abilities along Bude's canal and cycleway and the cross country track at Widemouth Bay
Open Water Swimming
Recent studies are promoting the virtues of open water swimming and what better place to try it than the famous Bude Sea Pool

Core Strength Vinyassa (CSV) Yoga and Pilates with Claire, suitable for all abilities whether you're familiar or just looking to mobilise and release tired muscles

Dan CooperAdvanced Personal Trainer, Sport Scientist and GP Referral Specialist
Dan served 5 years in the First Battalion Royal Regiment of Fusiliers in Germany, Poland, Canada & Iraq. Dan is a highly experienced personal trainer and has worked with lots of people from sports athletes to cardiac rehab patients.
Dan is well Known for delivering a fun but very challenging session, with high expectations when it comes to technique. Don’t worry though, all exercises will be demonstrated and Dan will work with you to ensure that you are using the correct technique.
Dan is approachable, knowledgeable, encouraging and professional.
Claire StokesCSV Yoga and Pilates Instructor
Claire is an experienced and passionate Core Strength Vinyassa Yoga and Body Control Pilates Instructor. She has been teaching Pilates for ten years and CSV Yoga for the last three years. She’s a keen fitness enthusiast but after suffering sporting injuries in 2008, was advised by a physiotherapist to take up pilates. She found it so beneficial that she decided to persue her teaching qualifications. Claire also had a keen insterest in Yoga and so trained and qualified in this discipline too.
Claire is very focused on good anatomical bio-mechanics and alignment to promote safer movement. Both disciplines require deep core muscle integration building strength and stamina from the inside out for physical health as well as mental well-being.
Pricing & Availability
Prices are for an arrival late Sunday afternoon for check-in and an evening meal with exercise sessions starting at 0800 on Monday through til Friday afternoon. OA Fit Club will provide full board to include healthy and nutritious meals and snacks and all activities.
The accommodation is a mix of twin, double, single and family rooms, ideal for a group of friends. Most rooms have sea views and some have full en-suite facilities. Find out more about our accommodation.
