OA Surf Club Team - Our team of staff are hospitality through and through. Dom (our chef) and Sara are the backbone behind the accommodation, you won’t leave our accommodation hungry, that’s for sure!

Our coaches love living in Cornwall and are passionate about sharing their knowledge and love of the ocean with visitors. They have a deep understanding of the local coastline and have spent countless hours exploring the waves and rocky cliffs.

Rob

General Manager

Rob has grown up with saltwater in his veins, he has been involved in the watersports industry from an early age and has been coaching Surfing, Windsurfing, Coasteering and other activities for the past 30 years. He has managed a local surf school for the past 25 years and brings a wealth of operational and safety knowledge to the OA Surf Club.

Tia

Assistant Manager

You’ll never find Tia far from the sea, with a true passion for surfing, you’ll find her the happiest on a wave. Growing up in the local area, Tia has a wealth of knowledge that she utilises through her coaching and is highly motivated about encouraging more women to learn to surf, and create a popular and friendly, female community of surfers.
